So it seems some publicity is not always good publicity after all.

With all the hoopla articles like the one from CNN got it’s no wonder Apple has [at least temporarily] reversed it’s position and pulled the ‘Hottest Girls’ app from the iTunes store. The app disappeared shortly earlier today causing tons of adolescent teen to cry on their screen protectors.

Previously, Apple would not approve this kind of material for sale on iTunes but many people had been hoping that with the new parental controls Apple might begin to loosen the rains. I guess they will only do it if no one knows about it.
